Palpable abdominal lumps; fixed or shifting distending pain.

情志失调与饮食不节使气滞血瘀、痰湿结聚；聚偏气、积偏血
Emotional stress and poor diet may cause qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm-damp accumulation. Ju (gathering) is mainly related to qi; ji (accumulation) is mainly related to blood.
